Nancy Zapata-Meandro holds over 28 years of experience in Real Estate.
Nancy became a Real Estate Associate in 1978 with Kurykendahl & Company
Realtors in San Antonio, Texas. After 4 years as a Realtor Associate in
residential and business, Nancy then obtained her Brokerage licence in 1982
and went to work with Coldwell Banker as their office manager. During her
time with Coldwell Banker she became licensed to sell homeowners and life
insurance. A full time mother of three and career oriented, Nancy continued her
education to obtain her BA at UTSA in 1991. Nancy's education, certifications,
and diverse Real Estate experience have attributed to the success of her
business. NRZ Real Estate was establishment in 1994, in her home town of
Uvalde, Texas.

Antonio Board of Realtors. The Broker/Owner, Nancy Zapata-Meandro is a
Board of Director member of the Texas Association of Realtor (TAR).
NRZ Real Estate business operation manager is Nancy's daughter, Jeannette
Tafolla. Jeannette is a licensed Real Estate Agent and brings with her
extensive acknowledge and years of experience in business operations,
business analysis, business management, and business marketing. Since
joining the office she has acquired her Multi-Million Dollar Producer title, selling
over 3 million dollars of real-estate each year. Jeannette has developed
business via the Internet, automated many of the office systems and more
importantly continues to insure quality service to their clients.

Uvalde and acquired his Real Estate License in March 2007. Bill brings our

staff, Brisa Cantu. Born and raised here in Uvalde, Brisa graduated from
Uvalde High School, 2000 and attended Southwest Texas Junior College. In
April 2008 Brisa acquired her Real Estate License through the University of
Texas at Arlington. Brisa is married to Johnny Cantu and they have two
beautiful young boys. Her inspiration to join the Real Estate market is to help
others obtain their dream of residential home ownership and to assist
